Alchemy News ~ 9th March 2015

Our Colour Sale started today saving our guests 40%.  It is not too late to book, call 01205 368 368 to visit before the offer ends on 2nd April 2015.

We will be making our faces Funny For Money this Friday 13th & Saturday 14th March in aid of Comic Relief.  We will have lots of prizes and some games for you to have fun whilst making your donation to this good cause.  Feel free to pop in regardless of whether or not you have an appointment.

Tara, Lorna, Kaley and Holly travelled to Leicester yesterday for an awe inspiring day of education in colouring and cutting from the Paul Mitchell International Educators.  Our very own Rocco Tizzano was on stage alongside American based Linda Yodice, colour extraordinare.  This niche knowledge covered an array of colouring and cutting techniques embracing the past 35 years of Paul Mitchell with the SS2015 predictions.  Photos of this event can be found on our Facebook page and Instagram account.

We will be closed on Monday 30th March for a general overhaul which we are very excited about.  Photos will be uploaded as soon as we are finished.  Possibly, knowing me, before the paint is even dry!  Please note that we will also be closed on Good Friday 3rd April so your stylist may be working different hours that week to meet demand.

If you have yet to start your loyalty card, please ask for one at reception next time you are in.  When you have filled your card, we will give you your STAR product as a thank you.

Megan and Natalie are at Boston College today representing the salon as part of their Apprenticeship awareness campaign.  We have tried various methods of training our Future Professionals and we have found the best combination is alongside the local college.  The support that they offer is outstanding and we would recommend any business to the apprenticeship programme.

Finally, Elaine will being back in her ice cream shop in Spalding next week.  Her last day with us is this Thursday, 12th March.  If you wish to visit her for a delicious treat, find her at Marcos Ices at the top of Red Lion Street opposite Sheddy Turners fish and chip shop.  We have loved having her back so much that she will return to us in October once winter kicks in again.  In the meantime, you will be looked after by Holly, Lorna, Kaley and our newest recruit Eileen.  Eileen will be based on the reception desk 3 days per week.  She is still learning the general running of the salon, so please be gentle with her for the first few weeks at least.
